So, this is actually a really popular workout, with some really good results. People have often said that they have gotten really good results from this workout program, so, I thought that I might do the same. I've been wanting to start working out more, and have been doing it quite a bit, but not sticking to them. I've heard so many people saying that they got really good results, so I'm hoping that I'll be able to stay motivated enough to actually keep up with it for the entire 4 weeks. The workout is the 4 Weeks Summer Shred 2020 by Chloe Ting.
So, Imma start off with a bit of rules for myself. I need to do this everyday at the same time (or around the same time depending on the day). School days (virtual), after school and then shower. School days (in-person), after school without a shower (do one in the mornings on school days). Asynchronous/day off/weekend, in the mornings and then shower afterwards. That's a bit of rules, not really rules, but just when I'm going to be doing them. So, around the times that I will be doing them: Monday-Tuesday around 2-3, Wednesday around 8, Thursday-Friday (in-person) around 3 (virtual) around 2-3, Saturday-Sunday around 8. So, as you can see, I'm pretty much just going to do it around the same time. Either in the mornings or in the afternoons after school. I'm quite motivated right now, even though I haven't started it yet (I'm starting today, I just haven't finished school yet... It's Tuesday). I feel like I want to update everyday, but I feel like that would just be too much updating, and tiny little posts, so I might just update weekly, or maybe at the end. I might just update weekly, and then at the end do a bigger update, because I want more posts this month, cuz I have no plans on when to post things. When do I ever honestly. So, each update would pretty much just be me complaining and saying measurements and stuff like that. Just honestly how I feel after each one and stuff like that. I know my body type doesn't lose a lot of weight, but I'm really looking for losing a couple of inches off of body parts like arms, abs, and thighs. I know that most people don't lose much weight after this, but they can see a difference and do see a few inches being lost, so that's what I'm really looking for. I'm hopeful that I can see some progress and seeing my strength growing. I'm not very strong, so I really want to gain some muscle from this. I know that I'm young, but it's honestly never too early to start thinking about making a better life for yourself. I'm on the more bigger side, and I'm just hoping that after this I'll get a habit of working out to have a better lifestyle and better quality of life.
