I decided that I'm going to take part in this 3 week challenge to health mental and physical health. I didn't make up this challenge, but this specific person doesn't want to be named, soooooooo, yeah, there's that.
The things in this post will be quite simple. It's supposed to help you keep up with it, but is healthy for you. It's not that hard to keep up with, but if you do miss a day (if you're planning on doing it) don't beat yourself up about it. You don't even have to double up the next day if you do miss it. Just skip it. It's ok. Ok, now onto business. These are the things to do daily. - Drink 8-12 cups of water (optional) - Drink a glass of milk (optional) - Doing yoga (Just watching a video on YouTube is fine) - Doing exercises - Eating three meals a day - Getting at least eight hours of sleep Now, onto the things that I will switch or do instead. This challenge is totally flexible and totally customizable. There are things that you can change or add to this challenge for you. I decided that I was going to do the drinking water since I don't drink that much water to begin with. I'm trying to drink that much water. Not sure if I will ever get that much water, but the fact is that at least I'm drinking water as opposed to what I used to which was hardly drinking anything at all. Since the drinking milk was optional, I decided against it. I don't like milk at all, so I'm not really a big fan of this. I know that milk is good for you and all, I just don't like it and really don't want to drink it. The girl that made this challenge said that adding turmeric or ginger tastes really good with it. I might do that as well, just to try it. If we had any of those. Yoga. I normally do these in the morning right when I wake up. If I forget (like this morning), then I'll probably do it at night before I go to bed. The girl that made this challenge said that she does it right before bed. I would just rather do it right when I wake up to kind of feel all refreshed or at least not stiff. The exercises don't have to be hard. At the bottom of this post, I'll leave a link to an article that I found of some exercises that you can do at home that are really easy to do. I'm not doing like actual exercises that you would think of. What I'm doing is the chiro exercises that I was supposed to do for the past month. For this challenge, I'm just trying to get into the habit of doing those exercises, and then after that, I'm going to switch over to other exercises along with these. Small steps people. Small steps. Even before doing this challenge, I would eat three meals (most days), and so this part of the challenge wasn't hard at all to remember to do. This might actually be the only healthy thing that I do to be honest XD. The last part I added in there. It's really healthy for your body to be getting at least eight hours of sleep, or at least teens, but even adults should be getting eight hours of sleep as well. What I have found helpful especially when you have a headache. Something about getting eight hours of sleep helps with headaches, and it actually does. So yeah, this is the "Three Weeks To Better Physical Health Challenge". I hope that you all will be able to join me in doing this! Remember, if you do miss a day, don't beat yourself up about it. It's totally fine. This is just to help you get into the habit of doing these things, and if you miss a day, that's alright!
